Shipping & Delivery Information

We offer free international shipping on all orders.

All parcels are sent with tracking, and we aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 working days of purchase. During particularly busy periods, dispatch times may occasionally take slightly longer, but customers will receive a shipping confirmation email once their order has been dispatched.

Delivery Estimates

The estimated delivery time varies depending on the destination country:

United Kingdom: 8–15 working days (12-21 days)

Europe (major countries): 10–15 working days (14-21 days)

United States & Canada: 10–20 working days (14-28 days)

Latin America, the Middle East, and other international destinations: 10–20 working days (14-28 days)

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and are not guarantees. While the vast majority of orders arrive within the stated timeframe, external factors such as customs inspections, carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays, and transportation disruptions can occasionally extend delivery times.

Important – Ordering for Events, Holidays & Special Occasions

If you are purchasing an item for a specific event, holiday, birthday, football match, tournament, or other time-sensitive occasion, it is extremely important that you take the above delivery estimates into account before placing your order.

Orders should be placed with sufficient time to accommodate the full estimated delivery window.

We are unable to offer refunds, cancellations, or compensation where a customer has ordered for a specific date or event and the parcel remains within the published delivery timeframe at the time of the request.

Important EU Customs Update (Effective 1 July 2026)

Due to new EU customs and import security procedures introduced on 1 July 2026, shipments entering European Union countries may experience an additional customs processing delay of up to 3 working days.

As customs authorities adapt to these new requirements, parcels may remain in customs clearance for longer than usual before being released to local delivery partners.

To account for this, customers ordering within the EU should allow additional time beyond standard delivery estimates where applicable.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.

If you use express checkout with no email, you may not see the shipping confirmation. If you require a member of our team to manually provide the shipping confirmation, please contact us support@eliteretrokits.com

Please note that some carriers only begin displaying tracking updates once the parcel reaches a major sorting facility or enters the destination country. It is therefore normal for tracking activity to appear limited during the early stages of transit.
