Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. Items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • To start a return, contact us at support@eliteretrokits.com. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted, and customers are responsible for return postage costs.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon arrival. Notify us within 48 hours if it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

For exchanges, return the original item first. Once approved, place a new order or request a replacement for size or other adjustments. Exchanged items cannot be returned, so ensure sizing is accurate.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 10 working days after we receive and inspect your return. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, though additional bank processing times may apply.

  • Custom Items: Printed or customized items are non-refundable but can be exchanged or refunded as store credit.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item which does not match the description and information of the product, provided on our website, this can be processed as a straight return and refund.
  • Sale Items: Refunds for discounted items will reflect adjusted prices if returns reduce order value below the qualifying threshold.
  • Incorrect Addresses: Refunds are not issued for incorrect delivery addresses. Ensure details are accurate at checkout. Customers have 24 hours to modify or cancel orders before processing begins.
  • Lost Orders: Orders not received 60 days after dispatch are considered lost, and we will offer a replacement or refund.

Before returning any item, please contact us to obtain a return authorization. Refunds will be issued once we have received the item in its original condition. For your protection, we recommend using a tracked and signed-for delivery service when returning items.
